Check your spam folder. Email that is misrouted to the spam (junk) folder is the most common reason problem people have creating new accounts.

Visit the password reset page.

If you don’t receive an email with a link to reset your password, make sure to check your spam (junk) folder.

You can also log in with your email address. Once logged in, you can view and/or change your username.

[/panel] [panel title=”I know I’m entering the correct password but I can’t log in.”]

Sometimes users enter the correct password but the wrong user name. Try using your email address instead of your user name. If that works, go to your profile to check on your user name.

Check to see if your CAP LOCK key is on.

Try resetting your password.
