While I still feel as I did about the Delphi debacle, I wanted to put a positive recommendation out there for the most WONDERFUL glass cutter. I found this cutter from a recommendation in Dan Fenton’s excellent book on fusing and purchased one from Sunshineglass.com about a year ago. http://www.sunshineglass.com/rcol/c-tools/macinnes.htm#handles
Having such great success with the #4 general cutting wheel, I then ordered an additional cutter with the #1 wheel for harder glasses, and both cutters are worth their weight in gold foil, in my humble opinion! I was also able to get a blue plastic handle which holds the metal handle for the cutting wheel at an angle and allows for two handed cutting for weaker wrists…and I really do love it a lot, but I don’t see it on their website any longer. Anyway…just wanted to share something positive and OH so helpful with my glass friends!
