    Relatively new to fusing I am; in a little over a year I have fired a little 4-7/8″ round, hand thrown kiln, over 1,000 times. It’s been quite the challange managing/creating firing schedules LOL, look forward to posting some pictures of successful projects.

    Ran into a problem MR97 supply has been interrupted; is there a comprable spray product out there that may be used mold release agent?

    I prefer kiln wash (shelf primer) in an air brush to MR-97.  Much less expensive.

    ZYP Coatings manufactures the exact same product under a different name — BN Aerosol Lubricoat. It is available here:

    There are no supply issues with the ZYP product.
