Hi All,Can I refire a two layer piece

that has scratches from a diamond pad on the surface? Will a full fuse get rid of the scratches and give it an even finish?

You can refire pieces several times — I’ve heard of some artists doing 8.  You have to adjust the ramp rates and anneal soaks as the size and thickness changes.

Try a fire polish schedule to get rid of the scratches.  Slumpy’s has them on their web site for various thicknesses.
