fusing schedule for 1-1/2″ x 1-1/2″ x 16″ pattern bar

I’ve read the general purpose firing schedule for 1″ pattern bar.

Any thoughts on how to modify it for 1-1/2″ pattern bar?

Here is the link to Bullseye’s annealing recommendation/schedule:

I would use this to modify the schedule you have for the 1″ thick piece.  Go slower on the ramp up and hold longer at process temp and during the anneal, then go down more slowly.

Of course, if you are using another manufacturer’s glass, you should check to see if they have similar charts.
