Hi, I just got a 22 inch kiln and fused 2 different 16″ circle blanks. Both pieces ended up with a large bubble (about 1 inch diameter in one, about 1 1/2 inch in other). I’ve used the same fusing schedule when fusing pieces in a smaller kiln ( up to 13 inches square) without problems. In general, do you need to fuse slower or increase the length of a bubble squeeze as the size of the piece gets bigger?
thanks for any help.
