I do torchwork/lampwork and I have some left over borosilicate
that I would like to put into a potmelt but I don’t know the schedule or how
hat it should be I do know that boro is hatter than the soft glasses. Can you
    help?

I have a friend that makes boro glass pieces and we thought we would try to make earrings out of the scraps she had laying around…we figured we would fire polish the edges, drill small holes and hang them from hoop earrings…well that didn’t work out…we couldn’t get it to work…even went up to 1500 deg F plus 30 min hold (at the 3rd attempt) and couldn’t get it to smooth the edges…plus the dichro started to flake off..so back to regular fusing glass for us…
