ParticipantWell I did my Emerge entry today. I was thinking that this was my first glass competition entry and I really should have started smaller
in a local show!
Oh well, who else has sent in a entry?

ParticipantHi Paul,
isn’t emerge just for emerging artists – and not for professionals in the business? At least that is the way I read it and assumed we can’t enter.

InactiveFrom the Bullseye e-merge rules page:
For this competition, you are an “emerging artist” if you are in the early to intermediate stage of your career at the date of application, and your work in glass has not been represented by a gallery at a major international art or design fair, such as Sculpture, Object, Functional Art (SOFA, in the USA).

Participantno love for my work
I will try again probably with a smaller show. I really like the direction my work has taken with my pate de verre pieced scoop bowls. So I plan to keep plugging away.
