ParticipantI’d love to know that too! I know there’s Carlisle, down in south Jersey that does hot glass and flameworking/lampworking, but I don’t know if the offer fusing.
Rainbow Art Glass in Wall Township is beginning to offer intro classes in fusing, flameworking, painting and glass jewelery.
Jubili Beads and Yarn, in Collingswood has a whole room dedicated to glass-work and I believe are offering fusing and lampworking classes. They used to sponsor NJ ISGB chapter meetings and I know that they draw a variety of glass artists.
I believe there is also a place in Morristown, NJ for fusing, but I am unsure how proficient they are.
Theres Urban Glass in Brooklyn, NY that offers all sorts of classes, including Master Classes.
It all depends what kind of experience you want and how much you want to spend on your glass education.
Oh and i almost forgot about Salem Community College and perhaps Philly Glassworks. Best of luck!
