I have just been given a heap of leadlighting glass for free.

I use a microwave kiln for my fusing. I was wondering if there is anyway to find out the COE of the glass or will I just need to test it with my COE96 glass?

I suppose I could always fuse just a piece of the leadlighting glass on its own to see how it fuses and then try a small piece with the 96?

But if anyone knows how to find out that would be great.

    Cheers,

    Karyn

It doesn’t matter what the CoE is.  This glass is unlikely to be compatible with itself let alone with any other glass.  It is not formulated for fusing.  Save your time and effort and use the glass for non-fusing projects.
