I am looking for a ceramic fiber kiln shelf. Looking around i see ceramic fiber sheets in bulk but i do not need a huge box of sheets…. I need various sizes from 12×12 and smaller with a nice flat top. Can anyone please help here. I do not want to spend a small fortune. I do have an old small piece of ceramic fiber board, when trying to sand flat, it just sands with pieces coming out. What paste/cement can i use to resurface the ceramic fiber to withstand fusing temps etc, and where can i buy smaller sizes of ceramic fiber board?????
