Is it possible to refire with a longer bubble squeeze and get them out, or once you have an air bubble do you own it?

I just made the cutest snowman plate I have ever made, but he has 3 bubbles on his belly.  I want to slump him in a square mold and I’m wondering if I can give him an extra fire before the slump, or add a squeeze to the slump, or do something to save him.

Than you, smart people, for sharing your wisdom.  I promise to return the favor should I ever gather wisdom.

Depends upon the type of bubble, but you can fire upside down (bubble migrates toward the “top”, which will be the bottom when you flip and fire again — that ends up being a lot of firings), or drill out the bubble, fill with frit and refire. Or, just fire flat, but it would have to be a fairly long hold.
