The colored toners are the problem. They are quite expensive (we are talking several thousand dollars a set) and very difficult to find. The only reason the sepia works is that HP toners contain iron and what you see after fusing is iron oxide (rust).
All the printed color decals (using the expensive toners) I have seen are sort of washed out. Do not have the crisp look of screen printed color decals.
