Linda – I’ve been able to upload from my system with Safari for Windows — but unfortunately I do not have access to a Mac.
One more thing to try:
- Log out of the site
- Delete your browser’s cookies
- Log back in
I will continue to research this — it would also be helpful if you could try with Firefox — that will help me identify if it is a browser issue or an issue with your account.
