Yes you can fire again.  A little lumpy?  Not fully fused? individual pieces of frit visible?  If either of these, you need more temperature.  I normally try to get my fusing done in 10 minutes at top temperature.

As all kilns vary, the top temperature recommended may not be high enough for your kiln. Certainly 795ºC would not be in my kiln. So I would increase the temperature.  However if you soaked longer at 677C instead of 725C and for 30-45 minutes you may not need a higher top temperature.  The longer soak at the lower temperature is to help ensure the air between the grains of glass has a chance to get out as the glass begins to change shape and stick together.  If you canb observe the progress ofthe fuse, you will know when the full fuse is achieved.
