I don’t know about the EvenHeat but I have a JenKen which I’m happy with…but one thing to consider that’s not intuitive: the Jenken has a 10″ round shelf. This means you can’t get larger than a 7″ square on it. You can go longer if you have a narrow rectangle, but not all the way to 10″, of course. I’ve got some slumping molds I bought as a neophyte that I can’t use!
