How to upload photos ALSO!

I have a problem with photos also.  The ZAPP application which so many shows want you to use to apply requires you to upload photos, and even though I can get them on my computer from the Walgreens CD, I can’t get them to upload to their site.  Does anyone have experience withe this site?
