Hello Nancy,

I am already confused, so not too worry!  I do not have a window on my kiln – wish I had chosen to get one though.  As I don’t have a window I am afraid to open the lid at extreme heat for fear of something happening to me or the glass.  Is it safe to do that?  I didn’t even know that I could change things during the program.  I have much to learn.  I am going to be fusing some pendants today – actually they are pendants that I already fused but I think I did not have the temp high enough as they did not melt completely to my desired look I was going for.  Thank you for sharing and answering my post.
