Fusible Paper

You could try “fusible paper” at Delphi (http://www.delphiglass.com).  However, the problem I found is that none of the various types of papers do what I want . . . although one of them may work for you.  Keep in mind that transfering photographs will work with these papers, BUT not in color, only sepia tone or black & white comes out.

Try reading carefully what each paper is capable of doing.
