I’m note sure the comparison makes sense.
Electroplating is a process. Nickel is a kind of metal that can be electroplated.
There are two general categories of diamond products – electroplated and sintered.
Sintered are far superior and much more expensive. For example, an electroplated diamond wheel for a lathe that costs $125 would be in the neighborhood of $700 for a sintered version.
